Googlish Hubris?

Could hubris be the downfall of the mighty Google?

Actually, CNBC’s Dennis Kneale comes right out and says he thinks Google has indeed gone too far astray from its core business. I’ll let you watch for yourself and see what you think.

Interesting thoughts, and time will tell. Whatever happens, I am still grateful for their FREE directory assistance program (evangelized by your old buddy Dr. Burt in a previous BLOG entry!) and bet they have plenty of other nifty customer-centric things to deliver.
