I saw a noteworthy copy writing tactic used on the tailgate of a services company while driving around the other day.
It had the company name, a short tagline, and the call to action, “Google us.”
Nothing fancy, but I think remarkably powerful in its simplicity.
And if they’ve done their search term optimization effectively, Googling either their company name or what they offer should pull up their name and a link to their website, and a beautiful relationship with a customer like you could be opened as a result.
Simpler is always better, especially when you’ve got limited space to work with.
I think this tactic would work for just about any brand, so give it some thought.
